Natural Poster Extension ("the Extension") is a utility for managing and publishing content in Facebook groups. The Extension operates as part of the Natural Poster system and helps users manage their publishing activity efficiently and in an organized manner.
2. Information Collected
Information provided by the user:
- Email address and password — for logging into the Natural Poster system only
- Server settings (API URL) — for connecting to the system
Information collected automatically:
- Facebook connection status (connected/disconnected) — for availability checks only
- Profile name and profile picture from Facebook — for display in the system interface only
Information not collected:
- ❌ Facebook passwords
- ❌ Facebook cookies
- ❌ Facebook session tokens
- ❌ Personal information from other profiles
- ❌ Browsing history
- ❌ Facebook activity data unrelated to publishing
3. Use of Information
The information collected is used solely for the following purposes:
- Connecting the Extension to the Natural Poster system
- Performing publishing actions explicitly initiated by the user
- Displaying connection status in the user interface
4. Actions on Facebook
The Extension performs actions on Facebook only when the user explicitly triggers them through the Natural Poster system. These actions include:
- Publishing posts in groups selected by the user
- Searching for groups by keyword
The Extension does not perform actions without the user's knowledge and consent.

- The login token (JWT) is stored locally in Chrome Storage
- The server address is stored locally in Chrome Storage
- No information is sent to third parties
- All communication takes place solely between the Extension and the Natural Poster server over an encrypted connection (HTTPS/WSS)
6. Data Security
- All communication is encrypted (HTTPS/WSS)
- Tokens are stored locally only, in Chrome Secure Storage
- No access to Facebook passwords or session cookies
- No information is transferred to third parties
7. Extension Permissions
- storage — to save local connection settings
- tabs — to identify facebook.com tabs for publishing actions
- scripting — to inject scripts into facebook.com pages for publishing
- facebook.com — to perform publishing actions in Facebook groups
- natural-poster.co.il — to communicate with the Natural Poster server
8. User Rights
- The user may remove the Extension at any time
- Removing the Extension deletes all local data
- The user may request deletion of their account from the system
