A Flower Shop That Tripled Birthday Orders
A small neighborhood flower shop became the go-to choice for birthday orders across the whole metro area. This is the story of how smart posting in 85 community Groups turned a local business into a sales machine.
The Challenge
Eli, owner of a small flower shop on a busy downtown street, mostly relied on customers walking in off the sidewalk. He knew local Facebook Groups for classifieds and business recommendations could bring him customers — but he didn't have time to post there himself. He tried hiring a student to do it, but it was expensive and didn't work well.
The Solution
Eli joined the START plan. He identified 85 relevant Groups (classifieds, recommendations, parenting, local business), and set up 3 campaign types: everyday posts (flower of the week), events (birthdays, holidays), and promotions. The AI generates new variations every week and publishes automatically at 7:00 AM.
""I figured a small flower shop couldn't compete with the big chains. Natural Poster proved me wrong — today I outsell them across the metro area, all thanks to a community of Facebook Groups I never would have found on my own."
— Eli Marks, Owner of Eli's Flowers
