Scanning All Your Groups
How Natural Poster automatically scans every Group you're a member of.

Go to the "My Groups" page
In the side menu, click "Groups" → "My Groups." You'll see every Group that's already been synced.

Click "Sync Groups"
In the top corner, click the "Sync" button. The system will open a new Facebook tab and scan automatically.

Tip: The scan scrolls through up to 100 pages on facebook.com/groups/joins/ — which usually uncovers every Group you belong to.

Wait for the scan to finish
You'll see a progress bar. The scan takes 1-3 minutes. When it's done, the system shows how many new Groups were added.

Review each Group's score
Every Group gets a "health score" (0-100) based on activity, size, and engagement rate. Higher-scoring Groups are better candidates for posting.

Tip: Filter for a high score (70+) to focus on your highest-quality Groups.
